Rarely would one not love and enjoy The Ethnic Tree ensemble, product or merchandise. However, in case you do not wish to own it, we share with you our policy on returns:
1. All products can be returned within a ten (10) days of receiving it. Products eligible for return will be mentioned on the product page under shipping information.
2. Please note that we have to be fair to our artisans, craftsmen and weavers, block printers and embroiderers, drapers and tailors, therefore all products are not eligible for returns. Many products are "Final Sale." Please do take a look at which products are eligible for returns before placing a purchase order.
3. Our team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
4. You must email us about any damaged product/merchandise you have received along with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
5. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.
